We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team in delivering exceptional service through our global shared services model. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence process improvement and technology adoption to enhance the employee experience.
Your Impact:
Employee Centric - Services Culture Orientation:
- Elevating the employee experience: We champion a positive and productive work environment by transforming routine tasks into opportunities for meaningful interaction and collaboration.Strategic Leadership:
- Provide input and thought leadership to the comprehensive global HR Operations model aligned with the overall HR and business objectives.Team Management & Development:
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of 5 HR professionals initially with growth potential to 10 team members providing service delivery for a specific set of global services fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and operational excellence.Service Delivery & Process Improvement:
- Oversee day to day the delivery of high-quality and efficient HR services across various areas such as: employee data management auditing and compliance front line cyclical program support and general support inquiries to name a few.Technology & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvementStakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including Global People Operations Ecosystem People Business Partners IT Finance and Legal.Qualifications :
