Job Description
- You will join the Workforce Growth team within Central Operations to work on the latest and greatest growth and engagement topics for the company such as acquisition channel management incentives/comms experimentation funnel optimisation and other growth levers supporting our hubs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- You will define assessment frameworks & metrics set hiring targets monitor performance and support central Marketing & local Growth teams in optimising acquisition budget to achieve sustainable growth
- You will utilize data and KPIs to track our acquisition channel performance and our hiring funnel performance identifying trends and making informed decisions to drive growth.
- You will provide detailed & concrete business cases to our Product & Integrations team that would improve workforce hiring and engagement metrics
- You will explore partnership opportunities and be the point of contact for our existing partners identify and pursue external partnerships to boost acquisition strategies and optimising costs
Qualifications :
- You have 2-3 years of work experience in a management consulting investment banking or in operations at a startup (experience in Food delivery/eCommerce is a plus)
- At least 1-2 years in analytical roles within B2C businesses focusing on customer acquisition or retention.
- You enjoy solving complex data problems and are well versed in statistical experimentation.
- Knowledge of SQL and proficiency with data is essential
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
