Goal:
As a member of the marketing & sales management team you will report to the Marketing & Sales Director.
You work in close collaboration with the Head of Specialized Sales and the different Business lines to drive the business growth into your respective territory which is mainly in Public Sector (Wallonie Vlaanderen Federal entities but also Automotive Sector) .
Your territory will be a mix of new logos and existing customers. Beside driving the business monitoring the sales performance in line with the sales plan (in support of Inetums business plan) will be a key element.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- You create a winning sales culture with a focus on growth and development. You identify the actions to be taken in consultation with marketing sales management and the business lines and ensure planned implementation in support of achieving the sales targets.
- Thanks to the existing Frame agreements you Accelerate the growth within your territory
- You develop in consultation with HR the necessary initiatives to support the employee life cycle in the sales organization. Think of onboarding development of sales skills ...
- You set up a strong diligence in following-up the business activities : Measuring is knowing and you determine the commercial review framework in line with the financial forecasting & budgeting. Where necessary you coordinate with Group Sales Operations. By presenting findings from historical data present results and forecasts you will enable the leadership team make informed decisions.
- You develop and implement in consultation with Finance - Business Support appropriate measurements and reporting (non-exhaustive) to realize the sales plan: uniform follow-up from lead to opportunity; opportunity to closed won; campaigns.
- You develop and bring into use templates for Account Plan Review Close plan and sales performance reviews so that they run in a uniform way.
- You organize the support towards the annual and regular preparation of the business plan for the upcoming period (in the light of the annual budget cycle): ensuring that everyone does their bottom-up exercise in a timely and correct manner; making an action plan to proactively fill in the To Be Found etc.
