Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our fast-paced and international team. You will be the key interface between business and technical teams ensuring project delivery that aligns with business objectives and meets high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Define project roadmaps prioritize tasks and manage delivery in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with developers and architects.
  • Write and maintain functional and technical documentation including API specs and integration guidelines.
  • Lead project planning monitor progress and report on key milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to review progress manage risks and address blockers.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validate deliverables (including log analysis and cross-platform checks).
  • Apply internal project management methodologies tools and reporting standards.

Qualifications :

Required Profile 

A Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field minimum 3 years experience as a technical project manager ideally in telecom or digital services fluent in French and English both written and spoken.

Strong technical understanding of :

  • APIs XML JSON databases
  • Network/connectivity topics (VPN IP whitelisting etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira MS Project) and frameworks (PMP Scrum Agile).
  • Familiarity with data tools like Kibana Tableau or Looker is a plus.
  • Bonus: knowledge of mobile protocols (SMS USSD WAP SMPP) and mobile payment systems.
