Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our friendly global talent acquisition team. As the APAC regional lead you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy across the Asia-Pacific region ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our business growth. This role will see you manage the team as well as being an individual contributor from a recruitment standpoint.

  • Provide business partnering to one or more of our global business areas
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with our organizations goals and APAC regional needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters across the APAC region fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans
  • Optimize recruitment processes and leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve talent acquisition outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across APAC countries
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the region
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the APAC talent acquisition function
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition implementing innovative approaches as appropriate

Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading talent acquisition teams in the APAC region with a global mentality as well as an excellent skill level in delivering hands on recruitment services
  • Strong project management abilities and experience in managing budgets
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is highly desirable
