Job Description
- Planning of yearly periodical maintenance calendar with all related departments. organizing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities.
- Periodical maintenance of Heat treatment process machines organization.
- Optimisation of content and frequency of existing periodical maintenance checklists with QMM LOG TEF1 and MOEs based on MAE manufacturers suggestions and experiences from machine users.
- Define and prepare the content of periodical maintenance checklists for new machines based on MAE manufacturers suggestions and experiences from machine users.
- Coordination and planning of periodical maintenance team.
- Define and track the periodical maintenance KPIs monthly.
- To ensure the usage of new innovative methods and technological devices to improve effectiveness of periodical maintenance activities.
- Planning of spare parts that is used during periodical maintenance.
- To find and implement improvement points to reduce the breakdown times by means of increasing effectiveness of periodical maintenance.
- I 4.0 implementation for predictive maintenance.
Qualifications :
- BSc/Ms. Degree in mechanical or electronical engineering
- Knowledge about machine (milling turning grinding assembly testing heat treatment etc.) maintenance processes
- Spare part planning
- Service and spare part procurement process knowledge
- Budget follow-up and management
- Very good English skills(written and spoken). Knowledge of German is preferred.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment
- Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.
- Ability to manage ones own time set priorities plan monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frames and allocated tasks within the role
- Precise and systematic working style with an analytical mindset
- Team-work awareness and the ability of cross departments working
- Understanding of different cultures and working styles
- Knowledge about machining processes and maintenance topics.
