Job Description
What will you be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled Toolchain Integration Engineer to join our team focusing on optimizing and managing development environments for embedded systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting software development workflows particularly in automotive and embedded domains by ensuring seamless integration and maintenance of essential tools and infrastructure.
You will contribute to high-quality safety-critical system development through efficient toolchain management and continuous improvement practices.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Configure maintain and optimize toolchains to support embedded software development and testing.
- Administer version control systems (e.g. Git) continuous integration pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) and automation frameworks to improve developer productivity.
- Implement and manage static code analysis debugging tools and software quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers systems engineers and quality assurance to ensure robust tool integration.
- Monitor tool performance and lead initiatives to streamline development processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability for audits and compliance purposes.
- Contribute to process improvements internal tooling development and DevOps practices within the engineering organization.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing software development toolchains in an embedded systems or automotive context.
- Proficiency with Version control systems (e.g. Git).
- CI/CD tools and build automation platforms (e.g. Jenkins).
- Static analysis debugging tools and other quality assurance systems.
- Strong understanding of compliance and industry standards in regulated environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
