Job Description
A live-gaming international platform company with worldwide operations is seeking a talented and highly motivated Finance Payroll Specialist for a full-time position to join our team in Armenia. The company is a provider of a live-dealer live-gaming platform for online gaming operators. It has studios and Global subsidiaries.
We are searching for an experienced and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our great team and help us in continuing developing the platform.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years experience on a similar role
- Higher education completed
- Solid knowledge of labor law and pay
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good level of computer skills: Ms Office Outlook Excel Word
- Good experience in using the payrolls systems experience in AS-wages is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility ability to work independently attention to details and accuracy proactive approach commitment to delivering quality results
- Ability to fallow and accurately perform group procedures and work tasks
- Ability to work in a team ability to communicate and relate
- Work closely with HR department to ensure correctness of data as well with internal and external auditors
- Review payroll processes procedures making changes while ensuring adequate controls are in place and followed
- Ensure the month end close is completed accurately and in accordance with groups timelines
- Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns
- Verification of timesheets in terms of compliance with current legislation and domestic policy
- Entering data into payroll database and software programs: medical leave salary advances bonuses benefits deductions meal tickets e.g
- Performing the salaries calculation and the salary statements/reports according with companys procedures
- Transmission of salary flyers
- Preparing the salary files in order to be paid and performing the salary payments
- Preparation and transmission of files with salary deductions
- Preparing the accounting entries files related to the salaries and upload them in the accounting system
- Verification and ensuring the reconciliation of the accounting accounts related to the monthly salary calculation (salaries advances untaken holiday bonuses meal tickets e.g)
- Preparation of monthly/annual declarations related to remuneration according to the legislation in force within the legal deadlines and ensure the submission
- Preparing the payrolls taxes in order to be paid
- Checking the companys tax payer to ensure the accuracy of the information reported to authority
- Checking whenever necessary taxes and salary contributions and correcting any errors
- Carrying out the salary recalculation and drawing up rectifying declarations in the necessary situations
- Performing various financial reports required by the business or management
