We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development of B2B SaaS applications for retail store users. This position will work closely with both our internal development team and external partners to guide product development from concept to market. The successful candidate will be a tech enthusiast with deep understanding of B2B SaaS solutions from cloud architecture and best practice UX designs to security and platform monitoring. They will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration aligning internal and external stakeholders and ensuring product deliverables meet both technical specifications and market demands.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in business technology computer science or a related field. A masters degree in business administration (MBA) or similar is highly desired.
Experience:
5 years of experience in software/SaaS/digital product management particularly with data services ordering systems and ecommerce solutions.
Proven track record in managing product development from concept to launch in a cross-functional environment in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles prioritizing feature sets and making trade-offs based on market needs and technical constraints.
Strong experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and technical leaders as well as with commercial sales executives.
Experience with championing go-to-market for entirely new products including developing business cases
Experience within the retail industry and/or digital media space is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 20% for the purpose of attending product management team meetings sales team meetings client meetings demos/launches etc.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes including prototyping design-of-experiments testing and quality control.
Ability to translate customer needs into detailed product specifications and requirements including technical specifications when appropriate
Expertise in managing relationships with third-party vendors and external service providers.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align product development with broader business objectives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data customer feedback and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum etc.).
Technical problem-solving mindset with the ability to integrate multiple products into end-to-end hardware/software solutions.
Familiarity with Ability to source new technology solutions leveraged in / associated with data processing (AI automation ML) ideally in a cloud environment is a plus for legacy systems
Understanding of design thinking principles is a plus

Personal Attributes:
The salary range for this position is $112425 - $149900/ year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool.
