Job Description

Job Title: German-Speaking Client Success Manager (On-site)

Location: Barcelona Spain
Industry: Technology & Digital Advertising

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated German-speaking Client Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will collaborate with German businesses and agency partners to craft bespoke digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for expanding the client base across the EMEA region and driving innovation in the online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with clients and agency partners providing tailored strategies that enhance performance.
  • Offer expert advice and strategic insights to help clients optimize their advertising ROI through a consultative results-focused approach.
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Engage regularly with clients via phone video calls and email to ensure satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
  • Promote additional digital marketing services to clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution and success of client campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) and a strong command of English (C1 or higher).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales digital marketing or a related field (previous experience is beneficial but not required).
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Ads AdSense and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Customer-focused results-driven and passionate about digital marketing technology and advertising.
  • Eagerness to learn grow and stay updated on industry trends.
