We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Austin this role you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to clients
Qualifications :

Proven experience in account management client relations or similar role.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
