Are you looking to turn your Slovak language skills into a full-time career Join our growing customer service team in Sofia where youll support a major international e-commerce brand by helping customers from Slovakia with everything from order status to returns.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working with people solving problems and wants to be part of a friendly diverse workplace. Experience is appreciated but not mandatorywe provide full training and all the tools youll need.
Assisting Slovak-speaking customers through phone email and chat support.
Answering questions about products processing orders tracking shipments managing returns and handling payment queries.
Ensuring that all communications reflect a customer-first attitude and align with company standards.
Accurately entering customer information and case details into internal systems.
Coordinating with other departments when more complex issues require cross-functional input.
Keeping up to date with current company offerings tools and policies.
Fluent in Slovak (C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident in English (at least B2 level) for training internal communication and documentation.
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills a proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Nice to have (but not required):
Previous experience in customer service technical support retail or e-commerce.
