Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient Performance Analysis and Optimization Expert to join our team remotely. In this role you will be responsible for profiling systems identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations across software hardware or cloud platforms. You will work closely with development architecture and DevOps teams to improve efficiency scalability and responsiveness of mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed performance profiling and analysis of applications and systems
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in CPU memory I/O network or database usage
Recommend and implement tuning configuration or architectural improvements
Use tools such as perf VTune Valgrind JMeter Prometheus and custom profilers
Collaborate with software engineers SREs and architects to ensure optimal performance
Create documentation and reports detailing analysis findings and optimization strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
2 years of hands-on experience in performance tuning and system optimization
Deep understanding of low-level systems performance software architecture and multithreading
Experience with performance tools and monitoring platforms
Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g. Python C/C Java Bash)
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
