Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Location: Fit Body Boot Camp Destin FL
Pay: $20/hour
Availability: Flexible

What Youll Do
As a Fit Body Boot Camp Trainer youll lead dynamic 30-minute high-intensity group workouts that are designed to burn fat build strength and boost confidence. Your job is to bring the energy lead with positivity and help every client feel seen supported and unstoppable.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead safe effective and high-energy workouts for all fitness levels

Inspire and motivate members with a positive encouraging coaching style

Offer personalized modifications and guidance to ensure everyone succeeds

Foster a strong sense of community and keep the studio clean and welcoming

Build lasting relationships by engaging with members before and after class
What Were Looking For
We want trainers who dont just show up they show up with purpose and passion.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A genuine passion for fitness and helping others succeed

High energy a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
-
Experience in group fitness or personal training (preferred but not required)

A fitness certification (NASM ACE ISSA etc.) is a plus but not required

Reliability coachability and a strong work ethic
