Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Emergency Services (RN) to lead our Emergency Department team in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic hospital setting where innovation quality care and team collaboration are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of the Emergency Services department

Develop mentor and support a high-performing clinical team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance emergency care delivery

Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Build relationships with pre-hospital care providers and EMS teams
Qualifications Required:
-
Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required

Strong leadership communication and team-building skills

Experience in a for-profit hospital setting preferred

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) Healthcare Administration or MBA

Experience working with pre-hospital providers/EMS systems
- Demonstrated success in emergency department operations staffing and quality care initiatives
