About the Role:
- REAL ESTATE ADVISORY ASSIGNMENTS - Execution and Supervision of real estate advisory projects (Market Research Feasibility Studies Location Advisory pricing Strategy Product Mix Strategy Business Plan formulation) across Residential Office Retail Industrial & Warehouse sectors. Undertake site visits market research stakeholder interactions with Real Estate Developers Marketing Agents Government bodies Occupiers End Users etc.
- GOVERNMENT ADVISORY Experience in executing Detailed Project Reports Techno-Economic Viability Studies for Government projects Client management and interactions with Government bodies.
- Being abreast of the real estate market happenings in the region; Undertaking internal (within company) and external networking including but not limited to identifying potential opportunities for assignments/mandates
- Business Development - Support business development activities along with reporting Manager to source assignments and managing clients
About You:
- 6-8 years of Experience in Real Estate Advisory / Management Consulting / Real Estate Research / Financial Modelling.
- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Power BI etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong logical reasoning & analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous service to customers.
