As a Pure Barre Teacher at Pure Barre Mountain View you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through our signature barre classes fostering a supportive environment that promotes physical fitness and community engagement. Your passion for fitness and dedication to client success will contribute significantly to the overall experience at our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead energizing and engaging barre classes that incorporate elements of ballet Pilates and yoga.
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels among clients.
- Cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and achievement.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients fostering a sense of community and belonging within the studio.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest barre techniques.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to healthy living.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to lead and motivate clients in a group setting.
- Previous experience in fitness instruction or teaching barre classes is preferred but not mandatory.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a fitness or health-related field particularly in barre or similar disciplines is highly valued.
- Previous customer service experience to enhance client interactions.
