What Youll Do
As a Pure Barre Instructor you will lead clients through innovative high-energy workouts designed to challenge and inspire. Youll bring your passion for movement music and motivation into every classcreating a one-of-a-kind experience that keeps members coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic and precise Pure Barre classes that follow our signature method and choreography
- Memorize class formats and transitions to ensure seamless professional delivery
- Adapt and modify exercises for a wide range of fitness levels and abilities
- Maintain strong rhythm and timing to guide members through an effective and energized workout
- Cultivate an inclusive motivating atmosphere that helps members feel seen supported and successful
- Engage with members before and after class building strong relationships that fuel our community
What Were Looking For
- Experience in barre ballet dance cheerleading fitness instruction or education
- Strong memorization skills and musicalityyoure confident keeping time and moving with the beat
- Charisma and leadershipyou know how to light up a room and connect with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for fitness wellness and helping others thrive
