About the Opportunity


Our client is a leading player in the construction materials and chemicals sector known for delivering innovative solutions across large-scale infrastructure and building projects. With a commitment to quality technical excellence and operational efficiency they are expanding their sales team to support further market penetration across Nigeria.

This full-time role is based in Nigeria and is only open to candidates in Lagos or Abuja. The ideal candidate is energetic persuasive and has a solid understanding of construction products and customer relationship management. Candidates with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills are especially encouraged to apply.

5. What is your compensation/salary requirement and notice period

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits cold calls referrals and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients architects contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively particularly in flooring and waterproofing systems.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to share insights leads and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities client feedback and market intelligence.
  • Ensure proper follow-up order confirmation delivery coordination and client satisfaction.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Engineering Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales particularly within construction building materials or technical products.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident consultative approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated driven and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Comfortable managing client expectations and handling objections.
  • Passionate about business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
  • Strong leadership potential and team collaboration skills.
