HIRING: Multi-site - Executive Director FOR a Home Health & Hospice Agency
Location: Northern San Bernardino County area
Compensation: Base Salary bonus additional incentives relocation assistance

Note: You will be over CURRENT home health & hospice operations plus future hospice & home health acquisitions in California.

- Someone already in or willing to relocate to the San Bernardino County California area.
Summary: Directs coordinates and administers all aspects of the organizations operations including monitoring the daily operations with a focus on both strategic and tactical functions. Provides guidance and oversight to leadership and site level operations assuring all aspects of assigned organization operations remain focused on strategic and tactical functions. Provide oversight: planning implementing and evaluating program operations against established operational clinical and business goals ensuring objectives are in accordance with organizations strategic plan and mission.
Experience:
- 8-10 years home health / hospice operations experience & at least 3-5years recent leadership experience is required.
- Strong on budgets P&L & tracking KPI required.
- Experience with multisite operations business modeling and resource allocation and management is required.
- The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of increased profitability improved performance and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication multi-tasking and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to utilize and administer the action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance and hold team members accountable.
- Culture warrior.
- Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of the organization
- Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook Word and Excel as well as Hospice & Home Health Industry EMRs required.
