About the role

Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RTO Enrolment Officer to manage the end-to-end enrolment and LLN (Language Literacy and Numeracy) assessment process for students enrolling in designated training programs. This role is essential in delivering a student-focused supportive and efficient enrolment experience backed by strong administrative processes and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with Course Coordinators Trainers Administrators and the Student Support team to ensure all enrolments and LNN assessments are completed accurately and on time and that students receive the support they need to succeed.

As part of Joblink Plus ATPlus is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering training across NSW in over 60 qualifications and short courses. Our mission is to empower individuals by connecting them to education and meaningful work fostering dignity and fulfilment.

About You

Passionate about supporting students and creating a positive welcoming enrolment experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of learners.

Highly organised detail-oriented and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comfortable using digital systems (e.g. student management systems (SMS)) and maintaining accurate student records.

Experience in student administration or enrolment ideally within a training or education setting.

Can identify when students may need additional LLN support and take proactive steps to connect them with the right resources.

Thrive in a collaborative team environment and are committed to delivering a student-first solution-focused service.

Essential Criteria

Current C class drivers licence

Satisfactory Australian Criminal History Check

Current and valid NSW Working with Children Check

Vocational qualifications or experience in training education or business administration (preferred)
