Concordance Healthcare Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity for an HR Manager- Employee Relations & Leave Management (Classification: HR Manager). In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations workplace issue resolution compliance and leave management. This role serves as a key resource to managers and employees offering guidance on policies performance concerns conflict resolution and other employment matters. A deep understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements is essential as is the ability to research and interpret laws when unique situations arise. The Employee Relations Manager ensures alignment between HR practices and the companys goals while fostering a positive respectful and inclusive work environment. This individual will collaborate with internal departments to promote consistent communication fair practices and timely resolution of employee concerns. The role requires sound judgment confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity.

Work Location: This role is located in Tiffin OH. With the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week).
