DaVita is hiring a Revenue Manager for our Payor Escalations - Analytics & Strategy team within Revenue Operations (ROPS) known as Team Spotlight.

This position is responsible for the operational oversight of contracted payor escalations (settlements legal escalations supporting contract negotiations etc.) and the associated analytics and strategy to drive these escalations to resolution. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation in problem solving long outstanding issues has an interest in analytics and can build strong relationships with teams in and out of ROPS.

This individual will manage large escalations and projects within ROPS our Legal and Contracting partners and with external insurance focus on the team is geared towards resolving our most complex and largest claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels and collaborating to find resolution to prevent the issue from happening again.

Communications will be tailored to differing audiences and there will be frequent opportunities to strategize and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior addition this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.

Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life through contract and inflow strategy and resolution of some of the most complex AR issues. This position reports to a Sr Manager and will lead 1-2 analysts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drives Operational Results

  • Takes full accountability for teams results and ensures work product is up to standard
  • Manages large projects with multiple participants and stakeholders
  • Prioritizes competing priorities to deliver on deadlines with minimal interventions
  • Consistently prepares and delivers effective communications tailored to audience
  • Critically thinks through barriers and creates and implements solutions

Leadership & Team Development

  • Builds high performing teams and develops leaders
  • Cultivates a diverse professional network to complete work and seek input
  • Ensures self and teammates use coaching and feedback through a consistent process
  • Effectively inspires team to support leadership vision; influences change

Generates Strategic Insights

  • Consistently and independently generates meaningful insights for team and projects
  • Translates high-level strategy and complex insights into actionable opportunities
  • Identifies and engages stakeholders to create high level of collaboration
  • Delivers persuasive recommendations to senior audiences

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in Leadership with direct reports Required
  • High School Diploma/equivalency Required
  • Bachelors Degree in related field Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel Required
  • Intermediate proficiency in analytics systems (SQL Netezza Tableau) Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections Preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$78000.00-$115000.00 / year

If a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64350.00/year Nassau Suffolk and Westchester counties: $64350.00/year Remainder of New York state: $60405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour Nassau Suffolk and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour Burien: $21.16/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour Renton: $20.90/hour Seattle: $20.76/hour Tukwila: $21.10/hour Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
