Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Maintains storage and distribution of all engineering documentation

Completes production work order packets.

Verify part configuration(s) using customer supplier portals

Verify work instruction configurations match prior to release

Scan and file customer signed pack lists using Doc-Link.

Match and scan completed inspection and production paperwork using Doc-Link

Maintain and store open purchase orders using Doc-Link.

Manages all incoming communication to Aero Design (The Voice of ADM).

Assist Kitting Clerk approximately 20% of the time worked.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook etc).

Must be a US Person due to ITAR Restrictions (US Citizen permanent resident or protected person)

Must be proficient in navigating Microsoft Windows 10 or 11.

Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate work.

Must have typing speed of 40 WPM minimum.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma

Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing.

Experience in Visual Manufacturing Software is a plus.

Experience in ITAR and EAR regulations is a plus.
