Smile you found us! Looking for a career change going into 2025 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Peak is looking for a ROCKSTAR Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired 500 unit property Partridge Meadows located in Louisville Kentucky.
Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting finance leasing operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking giving tours and meeting with potential tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
