The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and driven candidates for a Senior Program Coordinator where youll play a pivotal role in supporting the design and delivery of dynamic student-facing career and leadership development programs. Operating within the Career Connect team and the Rich Experiences portfolio this role supports the Universitys strategic goals by enhancing student employability leadership capacity and confidencehelping shape the next generation of global graduates.
This position will be responsible for coordinating and administering high-impact programs workshops and events that support student development at scale. Youll collaborate across departments and with external partners to scope plan and execute career readiness and leadership initiatives ensuring alignment with Monashs Career Impact Strategy and Impact 2030. The role involves overseeing complex project schedules budgets and KPIs while ensuring exceptional engagement with students and stakeholders. Youll also provide expert facilitation oversee reporting and program evaluation support research-informed decision-making and guide team members or external contributors to ensure excellence in delivery and measurable impact.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project coordination with proven experience delivering initiatives on time and to a high standard. Your strengths will include strategic planning stakeholder engagement and problem-solving underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Youll bring a collaborative mindset a passion for student success and the agility to adapt and lead within a fast-paced environment. Experience in student-focused program delivery and advanced digital literacy are essential.
