Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures that organizations comply with industry specifications standards regulations and laws by reviewing operational practices creating and enforcing the compliance plans
Coordinating regulatory compliance procedures across the organizational structure
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment
Updates Plan Docs and SBCs
Responsible for 1094-1095C PCORI/FormHC and Form 5500 reporting on behalf of Breckpoints Limited Benefits groups
Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Breckpoints systems and processes
Responsible for sending Service Agreement packet post renewal/onboarding calls
Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Documenting compliance-related processes and maintaining records
Attends regulatory compliance trainings webinars and seminars as directed by the CM and VP
Assists Acrisure in maintaining Breckpoint Inc. licenses such as TPA individual producer etc.
Assists Compliance Manager with developing Policies and Procedures
Responsible for assisting in Limited Benefits Compliance projects and filings
Acts as a backup to the Compliance Manager

Work Environment
