What the Service is Looking For
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Experience working in a care environment (essential)
- A caring attentive and empathetic nature
- Ability to work day or night shifts (full-time or part-time)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care in a respectful person-centred way
- Support residents with daily living mobility and emotional wellbeing
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
- Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues
- Work as part of a collaborative care team including nursing staff
- Maintain clear and accurate care documentation
- Encourage independence dignity and engagement in daily life
