Join Dysons eCommerce team in Germany as a Working Student and gain hands-on experience with one of the worlds most innovative technology brands!
Youll actively contribute to the development and execution of our eCommerce strategy supporting digital campaigns online merchandising customer journey optimization onsite and offsite. Youll assist in analyzing business performance data identifying key trends merchandising sales planning and supporting the launch of new products on Dysons direct-to-consumer platforms across the DACH region. Youll work closely with teams in Marketing Digital media PR Creative and Finance to help boost growth and brand visibility online.

About responsibilities:
- Support commercial success by analyzing the online market consumer behavior competitor actions making sure we are leading on the latest E-Commerce trends.
- Use consumer and business insights to optimize online activities and enhance the customer journey.
- Management of product listings including product descriptions images and pricing updates
- Ensure website content is accurate and up-to-date. Review translations and assets for eCommerce activities to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support the planning execution and monitoring of promotional campaigns. Coordinate with performance media and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely launch of promotions across channels.
- Help generate reports on key ecommerce KPIs for management review
- Assist with the planning and execution of digital activities and local online projects. Take on additional assignments or special projects as agreed.
- Provide broad support for Dysons eCommerce operations across Germany Austria and Switzerland.

Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Marketing or Ecommerce with an interest in digital business.
- Available to work part-time as a working student (preferably 20 hours per week) starting in June 2025.
- Strong interest in Ecommerce and digital business and industry trends.
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for Dysons products and a willingness to learn the technical details behind them.
- Creative resourceful quick-thinking and able to contribute fresh ideas.
- Flexible and a committed team player willing to take initiative and go beyond the job description.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable building relationships across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
