The Role
Were on the hunt for a Field Sales Manager to lead from the front lines with a team of 8-10 Sales Advisors in beautiful Sarasota FL. This is a full-time hybrid position meaning youll balance face time in the field with smart flexible remote work. Youll play a key role in building leading and motivating a high-impact sales team focused on customer acquisition and market expansion.

Looking for a Closing Leader who can Lead from the Front and grow this team

Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading your sales team with vision discipline and heart

  • Setting and surpassing ambitious sales targets

  • Coaching team members toward performance breakthroughs

  • Designing and executing local sales strategies that drive customer growth

  • Cultivating strong lasting customer relationships

  • Partnering with internal teams to align on goals and fuel success

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5 years proven B2B Sales Leadership experience you know how to build and inspire winning teams

  • KPI Management to support Sales and Income Growth / Not Micro Managing

  • Strategic planning chops with a bias for action

  • Creative problem-solving and decisive leadership

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills you connect with people and build trust quickly

  • CRM mastery and solid negotiation instincts

  • Analytical mindset you let the numbers guide you but the mission drive you

  • Comfortable in a hybrid environment with field and remote components

  • Reliable to be in the field 90% of the week - we do NOT lead from home

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
