Job Description

The Extensive Support Needs Teacher under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator provides quality services to special education students kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction tutorial assistance and consultation with general education staff. Minimum Requirements: Copy of Transcript (BA/BS Degee or Higher)Credential Copy (Education Specialist Instruction Credential Moderate to Severe)ESN (Extensive Support Needs) SPED (Special Education) positions refer to special education teaching roles that focus on students with moderate to severe disabilities who require significant support to succeed academically. These positions typically involve working with smaller groups or individual students adapting curriculum and providing specialized instruction.
