Job Description
Why This Role
We are seeking a skilled Murex System Analyst with extensive experience in Murex Test Management. The role involves overseeing test strategies managing Murex upgrades/migrations and ensuring system integrity. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders identify system issues and provide solutions to optimize Murex testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Management: Plan execute and oversee testing activities for Murex projects.
- Murex Upgrades & Migrations: Lead testing efforts for system upgrades and migration projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users PMs and technical teams to ensure smooth test execution.
- Defect Management: Identify track and resolve issues to maintain system stability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test cases reports and communicate testing progress effectively.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Must-to-Have:
- 6 years of experience in Murex Test Management.
- Strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Murex version upgrades or migration projects as a Test Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Murex Platform Murex Project Test Management.
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 and Windows 2012.
2. Good-to-have:
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
* Knowledge of additional risk management software and platforms.
* Familiarity with other database systems such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
* Experience in quantitative finance or financial modeling.
