Job Description
Must be able to start no later than June 16th. We are seeking an Outpatient Physicial Therapist to work 40 hours - 5 8s or 4 10s acceptable but two days a week the schedule must end at 7:00pm. Suggested schedule is : Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30a-7p Tues Thurs and Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. No weeeknds no holidays no on-call. Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 year with experience in outpatient setting preferred. Education: Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy program Certification / License: current MA PT License & BLS certification required
Shift: 40 hours days and two eves until 7p. No weekends or holidays
