Designation: Regional Business Head
Nurture and grow franchisee allocated with support of a team of direct reportees (Insurance Counselors CLOs & ESMs mapped for HSBC PRM Channel) Ensure that 100% of business target and performance parameters assigned to his/ her team members are met on an ongoing basis. Key objective being growth in New Business and retaining existing business while ensuring adherence to quality standards and process policies and guidelines defined by the organization. As a RBH (HSBC PRM) individual will be responsible in ensuring and encouraging channel partners in offering life insurance solutions to their customers. He/she will be responsible for garnering the lead flow system and maintain oversight on regular and quality lead flows being generated from the channel partners. To achieve this he/she will need to understand channel dynamics in given territory and formulate strategies for garnering support and buy in from channel partner. Ensure that Business development activities are rolled out across assigned branches to ensure the propositions are made visible to the potential customers. RBH is also responsible for helping the team to maintain relationship with Senior management across assigned verticals
