With 1 billion users monthly and 185 billion ad impressions across 70 languages we work with brands like Renault Dominos Nestl and IKEA to drive real business results.
Now we are seeking a professional Publisher Success Manager to build and scale our cooperation with our publishers.
What Youll Do:
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with existing publishers in the market
- Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients on a daily basis
- Optimize to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
- Constantly serve as a point of contact for the publishers to support and respond to needs from the clients side
- Negotiate with our clients about new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
- Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross-departments
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- Strong communication skills efficient interaction with different personality types
- Deep understanding of the Italian digital market
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
- Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
- Masters/Bachelors Degree (Marketing International Relations International Business Communications preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in Client Service roles
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
