As a Recruiter you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition and retention efforts. We are looking for someone who can align themselves with company needs and help company find a candidate that best fits job requirements and the team culture. You will help maintain this quality and bring in talented and like-minded individuals.

Tasks

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Ensure candidates are qualified and align with our culture focusing on both aptitude and attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Understand team goals and requirements collaborating with other departments to find the best fit.
• Job Advertisements: Create and post job ads distributing them on social media platforms and job portals.
• Event Organization: Organize recruitment fairs and other events to attract potential candidates.
• Global Interaction: Interact with global team members to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Scheduling: Coordinate phone interviews candidate tests and prepare feedback report for applicants.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelors degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment and operational management experience.
• Startup Savvy: Willingness to navigate the ins and outs of a startup environment.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local employment and business regulations.
• Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Global Team Player: Ease of working with a global team.
• Self-Starter: Proactive with a willingness to learn new things.
• Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
