Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment: o Sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
o Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further rounds with hiring
managers.
o Managing the recruitment lifecycle to ensure seamless onboarding.
2. Sales Hiring Expertise: o Identifying and hiring candidates for sales roles across different levels.
o Evaluating candidates based on sales acumen targets and experience.
3. Candidate Sourcing: o Utilizing job portals social media and professional networks to source
relevant profiles.
o Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: o Partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
o Providing regular updates and insights into recruitment progress and
challenges.
5. Process Optimization: o Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Ensuring adherence to company recruitment policies and best practices.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment with proven expertise in sales hiring.
Language: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
o Ability to handle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
