We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead
our growth initiatives across the Middle East markets with a base in Dubai. The candidate will
be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network identifying new business
opportunities and driving sales of electrical products including switch gears lighting solutions
water pumps ceiling fans and related electrical items.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
oIdentify and develop new distribution channels dealers and strategic partnerships
across the Middle East region.
oConduct market analysis to understand customer needs competitive landscape
and emerging trends.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
oDevelop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and
margin targets.
oPrepare and execute business plans sales forecasts and budgets for the Middle
East region.
Client Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants contractors
and distributors.
oAct as the main point of contact for partners in the region and provide after-sales
support as required.
Product Promotion & Branding:
oWork closely with the marketing team to promote the product portfolio in the
region through events exhibitions digital campaigns etc.
oEnsure brand visibility and consistent messaging across markets.
Reporting & Compliance:
oPrepare regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market
intelligence.
oEnsure all activities comply with local laws business ethics and company policies.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Business Administration or a
related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
oMinimum 5 years of proven sales/business development experience in electrical
products within the Middle East.
oStrong network of contacts among electrical product distributors in the GCC
region.
Skills & Competencies:
oExcellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
oSelf-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
oProficient in MS Office.
Language: English (mandatory) Arabic (preferred)
