Our client a Georgia-based property management company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support their rental operations. This role offers a flexible remote work arrangement and focuses on tenant communications rental listings and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate or property management and is confident communicating with tenants and prospects via phone email and social media.
Flexible scheduling in 4-hour blocks within Georgia business hours
VoIP phone system access provided for tenant communications
Software tools and templates provided by the client
Prepare monthly utility billing documents and door notices for tenants
Post and manage rental property listings on Facebook Marketplace
Respond promptly to rental inquiries via social media and other platforms
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with prospective tenants
Assist with rental agreements and lease documentation
Conduct follow-ups via phone for rent collection and payment reminders
Maintain tenant records and handle ongoing communications
Organize and manage email correspondence related to properties and tenants
Prior experience in property management or real estate administration
Excellent English communication skills (Spanish bilingual preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media outreach
Competency in document creation and general administrative tasks
Comfortable making professional phone calls
Availability during Georgia time zone business hours
Stable internet connection and reliable home office setup
