Job Description:
Beloform is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Atlanta team. As a key point of contact for our clients customers you will handle inbound and outbound calls provide exceptional support resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless communication experience. This role requires strong communication skills a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and service satisfaction
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance targets and quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Stay informed on company products promotions and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
