We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Assistant to join our Houston-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies
Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex concerns to relevant departments
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Support the Customer Support Manager in executing daily operational tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service
