We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will support the planning coordination and execution of a variety of corporate events meetings and conferences. This role requires excellent organizational skills strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and logistics of company events trade shows and internal meetings
Coordinate with vendors venues and service providers to ensure event needs are met
Prepare event materials schedules and documentation
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support onsite event execution including setup registration and guest support
Manage event inventory and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports for improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Communications Business or a related field preferred
12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during event periods
