You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Marketing & Events Coordinator youll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of customer and industry eventsincluding conferences trade shows product launches and internal events. Youll also support the execution of broader marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness generate leads and enhance engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys juggling tasks building relationships and seeing a project through from concept to execution.
Your responsibilities will include the following along with various ad hoc tasks as needed:
Plan coordinate and execute customer-facing and internal events across multiple locations.
Manage all event logisticsfrom venue sourcing and vendor liaison to guest registration signage and post-event reporting.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure every event aligns with business and brand goals.
Deliver seamless and professional experiences through detailed planning and execution.
Assist with content creation for websites emails press releases social media and marketing materials.
Support multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional activities.
Generate performance reports and insights from marketing data and campaign results.
Contribute to a positive collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Uphold values of respect equity and continuous improvement.
Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
About You
Bachelors degree in Marketing Events Communications or a related field (preferred).
3 years of experience in event coordination and marketing.
Proven track record in delivering events end-to-end.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office CRM tools (HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
Bonus: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe InDesign or Canva.
Flexible with the ability to travel and work outside of standard business hours when needed.
