Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician Outpatient Only
Location: Near Modesto California
Facility Type: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Schedule: Monday Friday No Weekends
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient-only practice at a well-established FQHC near Modesto CA. This is a mission-driven opportunity to provide comprehensive care to an underserved patient population in a team-based collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
Collaborate with an integrated care team including behavioral health nursing and case management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team huddles
Advocate for patients and help eliminate barriers to healthcare

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Passion for providing care to underserved and diverse communities
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
