Job Description

Location:Onsite at Stafford TX

Why you will love this role:

As a dynamic Software Engineer II you will join our innovative team focused on building cutting-edge software solutions for the operating room (OR) environment. You will design develop and enhance software applications for streaming encoding/decoding and AV control systems all while adhering to FDA and internal regulations. This is a hands-on development role with a high degree of ownership contributing directly to mission-critical product releases.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and develop scalable software using Angular .NET C# SQL Server and Web APIs.
  • Translate product requirements into software architecture and design specifications.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle including design implementation testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate in SCRUM/Agile environments; contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Ensure software performance usability and maintainability meet high standards.
  • Coordinate compliance initiatives with regulatory and product strategy teams.
  • Support system installations and resolve technical issues in real-time deployment scenarios.

What you bring:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Angular C# .NET SQL Server JavaScript Web API NodeJS.
  • Experience developing GUI components and enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong understanding of video/media formats and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

  • Masters degree or higher in a technical field.
  • Experience with Docker Kubernetes shell scripts or Linux systems.
  • Background in security testing and working within regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with networking and AV system integration.
