Bringing Home the Dough
Operates Model K machine ensures that dough pieces are correct weight and size and flow into overhead correctly. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety legality and/or quality.
Hourly rate: $20.06
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
Sets up all equipment according to established standards (guides cutters speed weight etc.).
Ensures dough pieces are proper size and weight according to standards.
Ensures proper sheeting molding and panning per production standards.
Sets speed on dough-flo per production standards.
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules etc.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO Sexual Harassment Safety Sarbanes Oxley etc.)
Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules policies and procedures
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years production experience.

No educational prerequisite; however must have demonstrated ability to read comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
