ROLE SUMMARY The Marketing Manager will assist in all marketing activities and initiatives for the The h. wood Group. They are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management. The manager should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
RESPONSIBILTIES: - Implement marketing campaigns by preparing marketing strategies plans and objectives planning and organizing promotional presentations updating calendars.
- Manage the overall company marketing calendar for email social and digital as well as in-venue activations.
- Working closely with our PR Team(s) to keep them up to speed on all initiatives currently and in the future.
- Assist with data tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Working with culinary teams to come up with menu specials P-Mix sheets & marketing materials.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) track performance and prepare reports/recaps for larger marketing initiatives.
- Assist the department with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Being physically present in venue or on location to coordinate and manage photo and video shoots.
- Disseminating information about marketing activations and events to the company on proper channels.
- Support the in-house marketing and design teams by coordinating and creating content.
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Producing additional marketing communications such as flyers brochures and exhibition-related projects
- Organizing the production of branded items and merchandise.
- Assisting with the production of artwork sourcing images and checking copy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating decks using photoshop or Canva.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Excel and excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
- Confident and outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
