Job Description
2nd Shift Maintenance Technician-Injection Molding
Hours: 3:45pm-12:15pm
Rate: $25-30/hr
Direct opportunity
Cincinnati OH
Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair injection molding machinery and associated equipment to support production needs and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot injection molding machine mechanical electrical and distribution systems.
- Replace or repair parts and test for proper operation.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines equipment and plant facilities.
- Maintain maintenance records and logs.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment to perform duties.
- Work in a safe clean orderly and productive manner.
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to contribute as a team member.
- High school diploma. Associate degree or technical trades training is a plus.
- Maintenance experience in injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Technically proficient maintenance skills including mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and machine repair.
- Electrical working knowledge of 120V single phase to 480V three phase.
- Ability to read blueprints schematics equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Basic computer skills.
- PLC troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required.
