We are looking for a new Internal Communications Lead for our EMENA region where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal communication landscape across our region. You will be based in our headquarters in Villeneuve dAscq France. You will be crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that effectively reach all EMENA employees (including those in plant environments) ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing overall engagement. As an Internal Communications Lead you will oversee daily communications projects produce clear and accessible content guarantee that all critical information is communicated promptly and work closely with managers to ensure the effective dissemination of key messages and communication initiatives fostering a unified and informed regional workforce.
Within this role you collaborate with the global internal communication team the external communication team and internal stakeholders. You report to the Vice President Strategy and Transformation for EMENA.
Key responsibilities:
You will develop and implement communication strategies for all EMENA employees build messages Q&A and all materials to support key companys announcements while aligning with global and regional communications team members to ensure consistent messaging.
You coordinate all internal Communications projects drive the editorial calendar and priorities and support the team members when necessary.
You work closely together with the Vice President Strategy and Transformation for EMENA and all EMENA leaders to support them communicating strategic messages.
You coordinate the translation of key messages into the required languages ensuring clarity and comprehension while working with translation services or tools.
You gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the communication strategy and you implement changes based on their feedback.
You set goals and KPIs for the internal communications team that you monitor closely manage the budget and allocate resources effectively while identifying cost-effective communication tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
You have a relevant experience within internal communications within an international matrix organization with a particular focus on communicating to employees in a manufacturing-dominated workforce.
You are experienced in developing and implementing communication strategies that are bold and effective.
You are people oriented with a hands-on approach while driving results in a continuously more efficient way.
