Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis require employees to live within a commutable distance and since business needs vary by position and may change over time managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet the Companys General Requirements; and in addition:
- Must have successfully completed the Service Dispatcher Battery Test.
- Must have had a minimum of three years experience in work of the Line Meter or Substation Departments or there being no applicants so qualified then the equivalent.
- Must be resourceful and have the ability to work effectively under trouble conditions.
- Must be trustworthy.
- Must be pleasant and tactful and must have a satisfactory telephone voice.
- Must be neat clean and orderly in the work.
- Must have an aptitude for clerical and office work.
- Must have the ability to acquire:
- An extensive knowledge of the Companys policy regarding service to customers.
- An extensive knowledge of the overhead and underground transmission sub-transmission distribution and street lighting circuits and the geography of the area in which he/she works.
- An extensive knowledge of substation layouts in the division in which he/she works.
- An extensive knowledge of those sections of the Company handbooks and manuals which pertain to this work including the safety rules and practices as set forth therein.
- Must have the ability to complete satisfactorily the Company courses in Fundamentals of Electricity DC and AC and Distribution Fundamentals.
- Must be proficient in the application of approved methods of artificial respiration.
